Main Arena Charges

General Guidelines:

1. All reservations must be done through the website.  Verbal confirmations to RMASA Manager are not valid.
2. Any reservation done via the website will be considered TENTATIVE until the relevant advance payment is completed within 1 working day.
3. The reservation will be considered CONFIRMED, only if valid payment details with relevant transaction reference nos. are conveyed to RMASA Manager or the payment is directly paid via Credit Card at RMASA premises.
4. If no payment details are conveyed to RMASA Manager, the TENTATIVE reservation will be considered as CANCELLED.
5. For CONFIRMATIONS, the payment will be 50% of the total reservation fee.
6. The balance 50% shall be settled at least 2 working days before the event.
7. Rescheduling of CONFIRMED reservations will not be possible if it is within 6 weeks of the confirmed date.
